Holthus replaced as Lawyer Ron’s trainer
HOT SPRINGS, Ark. - Bob Holthus is no longer training Arkansas Derby winner Lawyer Ron. Stonewall Farm Stallions at Versailles, Ky., has named Todd Pletcher as the colt's new trainer. Holthus, a Hot Springs resident, trained the 3-year-old when he won the Arkansas Derby in April.
