An attorney's courtroom behavior has earned him a four-month stay in a Missouri jail. Greene County Circuit Court Judge Tom Mountjoy sentenced Kansas City lawyer Carlos D. Romious to 120 days in jail because of Romious' "rude and angry" demeanor toward the judge.
