Senate can challenge SC decision before int’l court, says lawyer
The Supreme Court ruling on the issue of executive privilege regarding the kickback-laden $329-million ZTE-National Broadband Network (NBN) deal can still be challenged before an international court as the high court violated the Filipinos’ right to information, a lawyer yesterday said.
