Oct. 10 (Bloomberg) -- Wachovia Corp. lawyer David Boies told a federal judge there is still ``significant urgency'' to the bank's legal battle with Citigroup Inc., which yesterday dropped opposition to his client's merger with Wells Fargo & Co.
