Agility still in negotiations over fraud case-lawyer
ATLANTA, Feb 8 (Reuters) - Kuwaiti logistics company Agility , which is accused of overcharging the U.S. Army by $60 million, is still in "active negotiations" to try to settle the case, its lawyer said on Monday.
