Odgren’s lawyer argues his client’s rights were violated when phone calls taped
The constitutional rights of John Odgren, facing a murder charge in the slaying of a fellow student, were violated as were the rights of a child to have private conversations with his parents when authorities recorded his phone calls while he was in custody, his lawyer argued at a hearing in Middlesex Superior Court today.
